This is a little try of Ollywood director Arun Das and Chhau Dancer Manoj Kumar Rout, to bring the substance of the chhau dance through a commercial movie “Dipu the Dance Boy”. Manoj who him self a chhau dancer is playing the male protagonist.
Shooting of the movie already started from the first week of October. Maa Creatives banner presents odia film “Dipu The Dance Boy” is purely an art and culture based srory. Arun Das is taking the responsibility of scripting the film story, screenplay and dialogues including the direction part.
Recording of songs for the movie has been completed under the direction of Popular Ollywood music director Prem Anand.
