  36. CodeTicks: +karindra talukdar Let's do it step by step. First convert 8 and 9 into BCD i.e 9 = 1001 and 8 = 1000 After that add 3 -->1001 + 0011 = 1100 and 1000 + 0011 = 1011. Now add 1100 + 1011 = 10111 Subtract 3 --> 10111 - 00011 = 10100 Clear now??
