Described as a hybrid between an RTS and a 3rd person action game, Disobey revolt simulator is scheduled to be released at the end of this year. This is gameplay from the pre release demo available on the steam demos page. There isn't a lot there from what I can see right now but it's a cool idea and maybe worth keeping an eye on. Anybody remember State of Emergency?
